The service
Eccho, run by Vereon Ltd, helps you find businesses to sell to. You describe your ideal customer, Eccho finds matching companies, and, when you choose, checks them and gives you their contact details as leads.
Credits
Your plan gives you credits each month. One credit is used for each lead that passes our checks; a decision-maker's email uses two more, only when one is found. Companies that fail our checks use no credits. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing period.
Free week
A new business gets a free week with 25 credits once its email address is confirmed. One free week per person.
Using leads fairly
You must follow the law wherever you contact a lead, including anti-spam and data protection laws such as the UK's PECR and GDPR. Tell people who you are, give them an easy way to opt out, and stop when they ask.
You may not resell or publish Eccho's data, use it to harass anyone, or try to copy our database.
Accuracy
We check every lead, but businesses change. We can't promise every detail is correct. If a lead is wrong, tell us and we'll look into it.
Liability and law
Our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months, except where the law doesn't allow a limit. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
